About BCGI

Brian Cole has been working exclusively in Employee Benefits for over 13 years.  He has achieved the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Dalhousie University.

Brian incorporated BCGI Benefits to offer benefits to mid-sized clients that were underserviced and overcharged.  The BCGI Plan review was set up to audit an existing group insurance plan so each client knows their options before making the decision to work with BCGI Benefits.

Brian is passionate about his business and his community.  If you don’t find him in his office you may find him faciliating the Richmond Chamber of Commerce Networking Breakfast, at The Rotary Club of Richmond Sunrise, or at his local curling club.

Jennifer is a graduate of BCIT in Marketing Management Communications and has been in the field for 13 years.  She is thrilled to be joining the BCGI team and brings  a passion for excellent customer service and a steadfast commitment to each and every one of our clients.
